We’re hiring an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead field operations on USACE and NAVFAC construction projects. This role ensures project success from groundbreak to turnover, while upholding the highest safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise all on-site construction activities and field personnel
- Manage schedules, subcontractors, budgets, and progress reporting
- Maintain compliance with project specs, contract documents, and federal standards
- Coordinate materials, equipment, inspections, and change orders
- Submit and track RFIs, submittals, and pay applications
- Promote jobsite safety and enforce OSHA and USACE/NAVFAC protocols
- Maintain accurate daily reports, as-builts, and jobsite documentation
- Build strong relationships with clients, inspectors, and subcontractors
- Travel to project sites as needed (nationwide)
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of construction experience
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an approved Superintendent on USACE or NAVFAC construction projects
- Experience with design-build, renovations, and complex federal construction
- Strong knowledge of safety standards and federal contract compliance
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Valid state driver’s license
Preferred:
- OSHA 30 certification
- Experience on occupied or secure federal sites (e.g., military bases)
