Responsibilities:
• Process full-cycle payroll operations accurately and on schedule.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
• Maintain and update employee payroll records, including deductions and benefits.
• Review and resolve payroll discrepancies and inquiries efficiently.
• Collaborate with HR and accounting departments to ensure seamless payroll integration.
• Prepare payroll reports and documentation for audits and management review.
• Implement and monitor payroll policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
• Stay informed about changes in payroll laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
• Provide exceptional customer service to employees regarding payroll-related questions.
• Train and support staff on payroll system operations and updates as needed.• Proven experience in full-cycle payroll processing.
• Comprehensive knowledge of payroll laws, regulations, and best practices.
• Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is preferred.
