Job Description

Job Title: Lab Technician (Quality Technician)

Pay Rate: $23.50–$25.00 per hour
Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Job Overview

As a Lab Technician / Quality Technician, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality, consistency, and reliability of our products. This position is responsible for conducting inspections, applying quality control procedures, analyzing data, and working closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality-related issues. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and committed to maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct routine inspections of products at various stages of production to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications
Implement and maintain quality control procedures to support consistent manufacturing processes
Collect, analyze, and interpret quality data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
Document inspection results, quality issues, and corrective actions accurately and thoroughly
Collaborate with production teams, engineers, and other departments to resolve quality concerns
Perform root cause analysis and develop corrective and preventive actions
Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance product quality and efficiency
Train production staff on quality standards and inspection procedures
Ensure compliance with applicable quality standards, regulations, and industry best practices
Communicate quality findings, status updates, and improvement recommendations to management and team members

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, quality management, or a related field preferred
Relevant work experience may be considered in place of formal education
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently during overnight shifts
