The Role:
We are seeking a motivated Sales & Service Representative to join our retail team. In this role, you will be the face of our showroom, assisting both new and existing customers with pool and spa solutions. From testing water in our state-of-the-art lab to managing showroom inventory, you will play a key role in delivering the "Aquarius experience."
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Provide expert advice on pool/spa chemicals, equipment, and new installations.
- Water Analysis: Perform professional water testing and provide customers with accurate treatment plans.
- Showroom Operations: Manage counter sales, process transactions, and maintain a welcoming showroom environment.
- Inventory Management: Handle purchasing, receiving shipments, and stocking merchandise.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a "customer-first" attitude.
- Willingness to learn technical details about pool chemistry and equipment.
- Ability to lift and move inventory (pool chemicals, covers, etc.) as needed.
