Responsibilities:
- Originate and close mortgage loans, including purchase, refinance, and HELOCs.
- Work with clients to assess financial needs and recommend the best mortgage solutions.
- Manage leads and pipeline using cutting-edge CRM and technology.
- Build strong, lasting relationships with clients, realtors, and referral partners.
- Ensure compliance with all mortgage regulations and company policies.
Qualifications:
- Must hold an active Loan Officer license (NMLS) in good standing
- Proven ability to originate and close residential mortgage loans
- Strong communication, sales, and customer service skills
- Ability to manage a high-volume pipeline in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of mortgage products, guidelines, and compliance requirements
- Comfortable working with CRM and loan origination systems
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team
