Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse – Medical Surgical – Tennessee

Start Date: January 12, 2026
Location: Nashville, Tennessee
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: Every other weekend (Saturday/Sunday) with flexible weekdays. Days: 5-6:1 patient ratio; Nights: 6:1 patient ratio

Highlights:

• 28-bed Medical Surgical unit with comprehensive support staff including unit secretary and 2-3 PCTs on days
• Modern equipment including Sara Steady, Wound Vac, Tele Health, Virtual Sitter equipment, and remote telemetry
• Documentation system: Meditech
• PRN floating policy, primarily between Medical Surgical units
• Collaborative team environment focused on patient experience excellence through BSSR and Hourly Rounding protocols
• Multiple positions available

Requirements:

• Active RN license in Tennessee or compact state
• BLS certification required
• NIH and CPI certification preferred
• Strong assessment skills and clinical judgment
• Experience with IV pumps and Pyxis medication dispensing systems required
• Proficiency in IV and Foley catheter placement
