Your Role as a Licensed Clinician
As a Licensed Clinician at New Season Treatment Centers, you’ll play a vital role in our mission. You’ll lead and mentor a dedicated team of Substance Abuse Counselors, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to provide top-notch care for individuals facing Opioid Use Disorder (OUD).

Essential Functions:
- Conduct intakes, admissions, discharges, and transfer paperwork for patients.
- Document patient progress through counseling and group interactions.
- Create individualized treatment plans and psychosocial assessments.
- Identify and address clinical and case management needs.
- Provide individual, group, and family counseling as needed.
- Engage in at least 20 hours of direct patient contact weekly.
- Educate patients on treatment, health issues, and recovery steps.
- Obtain Urine Drug Screens and initial patient identification.
- Act in the best interests of the program and uphold company values.
