Whether you are an experienced machinist or someone with limited experience eager to learn, we are willing to provide training for the right candidate.KeyResponsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and program CNC machines, including a HaasCNCMill & Lathe and a CNCRouter with Siemens Control
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD models
• Utilize SolidWorks CAD/CAM (experience is a plus, but not required)
• Select appropriate tools, speeds, and feeds for machining operations
• Inspect and measure finished parts to ensure they meet specifications
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC machines
• Work collaboratively with team members to optimize machining processes and efficiency
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications&Experience:

• Previous CNC machining experience is preferred, but willing to train candidates with a strong mechanical aptitude
• Familiarity with HaasCNC and/or Siemens Control is a plus
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
• Experience with SolidWorks CAD/CAM is a plus, but not required
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High school diploma or equivalent; trade school or machining certification is a plus
