JOB DESCRIPTION
Commercial Energy Management and Building Automation Controls Company hiring for experienced Low Voltage Technicians. Room for growth, promotion, and salary increases within the company.

Each technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting sensors, controllers, actuators and associated low voltage wiring for energy management, building automation and data collection systems.
Paid on the job training will be provided.
Company technicians are setup with flexible hours and work 40 hours a week year around, with overtime when projects require. We offer benefits and compensation for health, dental, and vision insurance, paid sick leave and vacation time, overtime pay, bonuses, and company loyalty rewards.
MINIMUM JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Demonstrate a strong mechanical aptitude with experience using basic hand tools
- Conform to OSHA safety, as well as company quality and cleanliness standards at all times
- Demonstrate the ability to self-start projects both autonomously and in a team environment
- Organize, document, and clearly communicate project status across multiple tasks in a timely manner
- Demonstrate the ability to work at a consistent pace without compromising quality or safety
- Ability to work around loud and hazardous machinery, as well as chemicals and gasses
- Physical ability to move and lift heavy objects of up to 50lbs, in demanding industrial environments with exposure to outdoor elements and weather
- Ability to work safely in confined spaces while feeling, reaching, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling, and at different elevations on ladders, scaffolding, man lifts, roofs or platforms
JOB QUALIFICATIONS (Not all are Requirements)
- 2 years experience of basic electrical work: bending conduit and pulling wire
- Ability to interpret blueprints, schematics, cut sheets, and installation manuals
- Demonstrate problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Experience troubleshooting and/or calibrating systems using multimeters, oscilloscopes, anemometers, manometers, wire toners, and other technical equipment (a plus)
- Have a working understanding of HVAC operations and concepts (a plus)
- Experience in waste water treatment, industrial water processing, and clean room environments (a plus)
- Experience with MS Windows, Android, or Linux embedded computer systems (a plus)
- Ability to understand and interpret PLC ladder logic, block programming, BACnet, LonWorks, or Modbus networks, in both TCP/IP and MSTP topologies (a plus)
- Experience using adobe illustrator or similar graphical editors (a plus)
- SQL database programing (a plus)
BASIC REQUIREMENTS
- High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
- Proof of eligibility to legally work in the United States
- Valid Arizona Driver’s License for a minimum of 12 months, with no major or frequent traffic violations or accidents
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites valley-wide
- Flexibility to work compressed shifts (12 hours), overtime, stand-by, on-call, holidays, etc., if required
- Possess basic Microsoft computer skills, use mouse, keyboard, printer
- Successfully pass pre-employment (post offer) drug screen and background check
