Our client is a leading heavy industrial mechanical contractor based in Baltimore, MD, specializing in the installation, service, and maintenance of power and process systems for the manufacturing, industrial, and power generation sectors. With a commitment to delivering projects safely and efficiently, the company is dedicated to meeting client expectations while maintaining high industry standards.

• The estimated pay range for this role is $60,000 - $90,000 based on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily with the Operations Manager to support ongoing and upcoming field projects.
• Assist with project buy-out for supplied materials, ensuring adherence to client specifications and industry standards.
• Expedite material deliveries from subcontractors and suppliers to align with project schedules.
• Maintain accurate records of submittals, approvals, and manage the Request for Information (RFI) process.
• Assist in budgeting, estimating, and conducting pre-construction and progress meetings with clients and subcontractors.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
• 2-4 years of experience in construction, preferably within an industrial or mechanical contracting environment.
• Strong understanding of construction plans, specifications, and the RFI process.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated organizational abilities.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
