Job DescriptionJoin Our Team as an Industrial Environmental Technician – Blue Water Area, MI
Pay Rate: $17.00 per hourSchedule:

• Monday – Thursday: 10:00 PM – 5:00 AM
• Sunday: 5:00 PM – 5:00 AM (12-hour shift)
• Overtime and weekends as needed based on production

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform industrial cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, scraping, and wiping surfaces
• Power wash equipment and production areas
• Change filters and grates as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace (5S standards)
• Communicate progress with team leads and supervisors
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous manufacturing or industrial experience is a plus
• Ability to stand, walk, and work for up to 8–12 hours
• Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs
• Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, and work in tight spaces
• Comfortable working in environments with heat, cold, and exposure to paint/solvent odors
• Strong work ethic and reliability
