What You'll Do
- Recruit, hire, and develop top sales talent
- Train team members using our proven sales system
- Hold team members accountable to performance goals
- Drive lead generation through personal production
- Conduct daily coaching and team development
- Manage scheduling and payroll responsibilities
- Lead by example while maintaining company standards and procedures
What We're Looking For
- Proven sales leadership experience
- Minimum 1 year of door-to-door appointment-setting experience
- Strong recruiting and talent development skills
- Ability to motivate and manage a team
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
- Results-driven mindset with a desire to build something substantial
