Restoration Network is a rapidly growing, family-owned disaster restoration company serving the greater Minneapolis–St. Paul area. We specialize in helping homeowners and property professionals recover from fire, water, and storm damage fast, professionally, and with total transparency.

Compensation:

$70,000 - $100,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

What You Will Get

  • Base Salary: $45,000 to $55,000 based on experience
  • Commission: Aggressive and uncapped
  • Earning Potential: Six figures is realistic and achievable

Qualifications:

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Building and owning a territory through:
  • In-person prospecting
  • Phone outreach
  • Booking and running “At-the-Desk” presentations
  • Developing long-term referral relationships
  • Executing structured “farming” activities with proven tools
  • Driving revenue through a highly supported sales plan
