Job DescriptionSenior Executive Assistant
LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a Senior Executive Assistant with 7 years of experience working in a similar role. This is a Temp to Perm opportunity within the insurance industry, located in Manhattan, NY.
Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex calendars, coordinate executive level meetings, and proactively resolve scheduling conflicts.
  • Prepare executives for upcoming commitments by organizing briefing materials, presentations, agendas, and follow up items.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive business information.
  • Oversee travel arrangements, itineraries, expense reports, and logistical planning.
  • Prioritize incoming requests, ensuring leaders focus on the most impactful work.
  • Track deadlines, deliverables, and cross functional action items; follow up to ensure completion.
  • Support operational planning, team routines, and business rhythms-including staff meetings, offsites, and leadership reviews.
  • Create high quality documents, presentations, and reports tailored for senior audiences.
  • Identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements to streamline executive workflows.
  • Draft, proofread, and refine executive communications, including emails, memos, and talking points.
  • Build strong working relationships with senior leaders, administrative partners, and external partners.
  • Represent the executive's office with high professionalism, diplomacy, and judgment.
  • Coordinate cross team collaboration, ensuring information flows smoothly throughout the organization.
  • Assist with special projects, research assignments, and organizational initiatives as needed.
  • Manage small scale project plans, timelines, and stakeholder updates.
  • Support event coordination, including logistics, catering, technology, and attendee communication.

Experience:

  • 7-10 years of Executive Assistant Experience
  • Global and financial services experience is a plus

Work Site: Hybrid
Employment Type: Temp to Perm
Salary: $55-60/hr

Pay Details: $55.00 to $60.00 per hour
