Quick Service Restaurant District Manager/Lake Norman area

We are a high-performing, single-brand quick service restaurant company on an aggressive growth trajectory—and 2026 is shaping up to be a breakout year.

As we expand, we are seeking an experienced, high-impact District Manager with Quick Service Restaurant experience to lead and elevate our Charlotte, North Carolina–Lake Norman area market.

This opportunity is specifically designed for proven multi-unit restaurant leaders who are currently operating at the District Manager level and are ready to bring their food service leadership experience, leadership presence, and execution skills to a growing restaurant brand.

Who We’re Looking For

Current or recent experience as a Restaurant District / Area Manager
Responsibility for a market of 6 or more restaurant locations
A consistent track record of driving sales, profitability, and operational excellence
Strong P&L ownership with disciplined cost control and margin improvement
Demonstrated success developing General Managers and building leadership bench strength
Confidence executing brand standards, sales initiatives, and growth strategies
A hands-on leadership style—visible in the restaurants and engaged with teams
High accountability, organization, and urgency to win
