Project Management Specialist – Drive Innovation & Excellence
Are you ready to lead impactful projects and shape the future of operational efficiency? We’re seeking a passionate Project Management Specialist to join our team and champion process improvement across a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of implementing and supporting project management processes. You’ll help establish performance metrics, promote best practices, and drive continuous improvement. From initiating new projects to conducting post-project reviews, your work will ensure teams are aligned, efficient, and empowered to succeed.
Key Responsibilities

Analyze current systems and identify opportunities for enhancement.

Lead one or two process improvement or integration projects.

Own project deliverables, plans, status reports, and requirement documentation.

Collaborate across departments to support wide-ranging project efforts.

Facilitate planning sessions and post-project reviews to elevate team performance.

Consolidate project updates into clear, actionable reports for senior leadership.

Guide teams in selecting and using project management technologies.

Support teams in leveraging Microsoft Office Suite and other collaboration tools.
What You Bring

BA with 6–9 years of experience or MBA with 4–7 years.

1–2 years of hands-on project management experience.

Experience in medical devices or highly regulated industries preferred.

PMP certification is a plus.

Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Pay Details: $44.31 to $58.51 per hour
