Minimum Qualifications
\n
- Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
- Active Georgia PTA license required to start the assignment.
- Current CPR/BLS certification from AHA or ARC.
- Familiarity with basic computer functions, including email, internet navigation, online training, and use of user names and passwords.
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and agency-required liability insurance for home visits.
- Experience providing home health services or managing a home health caseload is required.
- Ability to practice under supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist as required by state regulations.

Preferred Qualifications
\n
- 2–3 years of experience as a licensed PTA working in home health or related settings.
- Experience documenting patient status and treatment implementation in electronic medical records.

Assignment Details

- Shift: Evenings, 5x8 schedule.
- Position requires home visits within the service area. Reliable transportation is required.

Impacting Patient Care
\n
Provide direct care to home health patients under the direction of a registered physical therapist. Perform treatment, implementation, and documentation of patient status according to physician orders. Participate in periodic office meetings and coordinate with clinical leadership to support patient outcomes.
