In search of a high-impact Real Estate Recruiting superstar, who knows how to recruit & lead new and experienced agents to drive their growth, productivity, and profitability.
This role is ideal for a proven Real Estate professional or sales leader who is passionate about recruiting talent, coaching agents, and leading others. Only candidates with Real Estate experience will be considered.
Key Responsibilities:

Recruiting & Growth - build a consistent pipeline of experienced and new agents; conduct career consultations, prospect by making outbound calls, set appointments, and convert top-tier talent into hires for our company

Coaching & Productivity - assist the Company Leadership in coaching agents on sales tools, sales strategies, new technology, and motivation

Retention & Engagement - meet with agents one-on-one, identify development needs, create business plans to take agents to the next level of productivity

Culture & Leadership - promote the company’s culture and values to attract high-quality candidates who are an ideal fit for our company
Qualifications:

Prior success in real estate sales or brokerage leadership (minimum 2 years)

Strong presentation, coaching, and interpersonal skills

Business/financial skills (ability to track P&L reports)

Growth-minded, accountable, positive attitude
