Job Summary:

The Sales Enablement Program Specialist is responsible for translating sales enablement strategies into scalable, high quality learning experiences and enablement content that drive sales performance across global markets. This role operates at the intersection of execution, instructional design, and content management—supporting sales onboarding, continued learning, and performance enablement for Business Development Managers, Strategic Partnership Managers, and Business Development Representative teams across the U.S. and Canada. This individual serves as a key execution partner, ensuring enablement materials are instructionally sound, accessible, current, and aligned with organizational sales objectives.

Primary Functions:

  • Transform sales frameworks, concepts, and ideas into effective learning assets, including presentations, eLearning modules, job aids, and enablement materials.
  • Ensure all learning content adheres to instructional design best practices and adult learning principles.
  • Develop training content that supports prospecting, cold calling, appointment strategies, fundamental selling skills, closing techniques, objection handling and more.
  • Support recurrent training initiatives for Business Development Managers, Business Development Representative Teams, and Strategic Partnership Managers across all regions.
  • Own organization, maintenance, and optimization of enablement content repositories (e.g., BigTinCan).
  • Manage content version control to ensure materials are current, accurate, and regionally appropriate.
  • Work across departments to reduce inefficiencies related to content accessibility and information retrieval.
  • Develop quick turn learning assets to support product updates, new tour launches, and competitive intelligence.
  • Create short‑form enablement resources to support continuous learning and timely knowledge reinforcement.
  • Support sales onboarding continued learning programs, and sales meetings through material development, scheduling, and learning flow design.
  • Execute program components while aligning with overall program vision set by sales enablement leadership.
  • Serve as a connector between Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations to identify content gaps and streamline enablement requests.
  • Responsibilities may evolve based on organizational needs.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or any combination of education and experience may be considered.
  • Instructional design mindset with demonstrated ability to create effective learning experiences.
  • Tech savvy with comfort leveraging digital tools and AI enabled solutions (Co-Pilot, GPT).
  • Experience designing PowerPoint & learning content in Canva that supports sales education, onboarding, and ongoing enablement
  • Strong content creation skills, including presentations, learning assets, and enablement materials.
  • Excellent presentation, facilitation, coaching, and training management skills.
  • Highly organized systems thinker with strong attention to detail.
  • Self-starter with the ability to proactively drive work forward.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate others and foster teamwork.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required, including attendance at two sales meetings per year.
  • Must be able to travel to the Pawtucket, RI headquarters up to once per month for sales trainings, meeting preparation, and related activities.

The base salary range for this position is $48,000 - $75,000.
