Reagan Equine—an established, fast-growing all-equine veterinary practice in beautiful Wilmington, North Carolina—is seeking a skilled, reliable, and positive Veterinary Assistant or Veterinary Technician to join our team.

What We’re Looking For
- Strong equine handling skills — confident, calm, and experienced around horses of all temperaments
- Previous equine veterinary experience (assistant, tech, treatment team, barn management, etc.)
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, mobile equine practice
- Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
What You’ll Do
- Assist veterinarians with exams, procedures, imaging, and emergencies
- Restrain horses safely and professionally
- Prepare equipment and maintain inventory on mobile vet trucks
- Handle laboratory samples and basic in-house diagnostics
- Communicate professionally with clients
- Contribute to a supportive, respectful, fun team culture
