Hiring: Customer Service Representative (CSR)
Location: Bellflower, CA
Shift: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $17–$20/hr
Position Summary:
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Customer Service Representative to manage incoming/outgoing calls, assist clients via email or in person, perform data entry, and support other departments as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle high volume inbound calls and assist customers with pricing and turnaround times
- Respond to customer inquiries via email or in person
- Resolve or escalate client issues to the appropriate department
- Perform general clerical duties including order entry, copying, scanning, and mailing
Requirements:
- High school diploma required; degree preferred
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, or IBM i5 preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle challenging situations professionally and work both independently and as part of a team
