Responsibilities
\n
\n
- \n
- Provide individual therapy to children, adolescents, and/or adults
- Complete comprehensive clinical assessments
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation
- Monitor client progress and update treatment goals as appropriate
- Collaborate with Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program (PRP) staff when clients receive PRP services
- Participate in care coordination and communicate recommendations regarding client needs
- Maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA, COMAR, Medicaid, and organizational requirements
- Participate in clinical supervision as required based on licensure

Qualifications
\n
\n
- \n
- Active and unrestricted Maryland LCPC, LCSW-C, or LMSW license
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related behavioral health field
- Strong clinical documentation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team
- Experience working with Medicaid populations preferred
- Experience with children, adolescents, adults, or individuals receiving PRP services is a plus
