Job DescriptionFull-time personal assistant / caregivers in the Monmouth /Ocean County NJ area.

Assist with day to day and live-in roles. They assist with medication reminders, companionship, light\ housekeeping, meal prep, and transportation.

Have ability to stay over night with notice.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Daily Assistance: Medication reminders, meal preparation, and light housekeeping.
  • Mobility: Helping with transfers, exercises, and transportation to appointments.
  • Companionship: Engaging in activities, safety checks, and social interaction.
  • Administrative/Scheduling: Managing daily schedules and running errands.

Common Qualifications & Requirements

  • Experience: Generally 1+ years of personal assistant or home health care experience preferred.
  • Certifications: Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) or PCA certification is often required.
  • Skills: Strong communication, compassion, and reliability.
  • Logistics: Valid drivers license and personal vehicle often required for transport duties.


Positions & Compensation (NJ Area)

  • Full time Assistant /Caregiver: per day/ salary.
  • Specialized Care: Roles involving dementia care or complex, high-needs, or disabled patients often pay higher, sometimes up to for highly specialized personal care roles
