Compensation:
$18 - $22 hourly DOE
Responsibilities:
- Oversee TheraCorp’s daily office operations to ensure an efficient, organized, and client-focused environment.
- Monitoring and reporting accountability to ensure efficient operations
- Address and resolve operational issues promptly, supporting a culture of continuous improvement.
- Serve as the first point of contact by greeting clients warmly, managing a high volume of phone calls, and delivering accurate, timely information.
- Schedule appointments and respond to potential client inquiries while clearly communicating TheraCorp’s policies and procedures.
- Manage administrative tasks, including maintaining accurate client records, processing payments, and handling correspondence.
- Collaborate closely with clinicians and team members to coordinate schedules and support seamless daily operations.
- Model and uphold TheraCorp’s core values in every interaction with clients, colleagues, and partners.
Qualifications:
- Two years of administrative experience preferred.
- Organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure, while managing multiple tasks, staff members, and responsibilities.
- Experience in the provision of mental health services is preferred, but not required.
