Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Desired Qualifications:
- Active state SLP license required
- Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
- Strong communication skills with students, staff, and families
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Commitment to providing both direct interventions and indirect support, including consulting and documentation
- Flexibility to adapt services based on student and school needs
Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct therapy and support to students with speech, language, and communication needs
- Assess, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with educators, families, and other support staff to facilitate student progress
- Conduct screenings and evaluations as needed
- Document and monitor student progress, maintain compliance with local and state regulations
- Engage in professional learning and benefit from ongoing advisory support
