Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Active state SLP license required
  • Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
  • Strong communication skills with students, staff, and families
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
  • Commitment to providing both direct interventions and indirect support, including consulting and documentation
  • Flexibility to adapt services based on student and school needs

Core Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct therapy and support to students with speech, language, and communication needs
  • Assess, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and other support staff to facilitate student progress
  • Conduct screenings and evaluations as needed
  • Document and monitor student progress, maintain compliance with local and state regulations
  • Engage in professional learning and benefit from ongoing advisory support
