Full-Time | Monday–Thursday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Salary: $28,000–$30,000 annually

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented secretary/transcriptionist to join the team and provide long-term support.
Position Overview
The Secretary/Transcriptionist will be responsible for transcribing real estate appraisal reports, typing documents with accuracy and speed, and supporting general office functions. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, efficient, and thrives in a calm, focused work setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Transcribe and type real estate appraisal reports and related documents with a high level of accuracy.
- Maintain organized files and records in both physical and digital formats.
- Perform clerical and administrative support duties such as answering phones, handling correspondence, and preparing reports.
- Proofread and edit documents to ensure consistency and correctness.
- Support appraisers and other staff with typing and document preparation needs.
- Contribute to maintaining a friendly, professional office culture.
Qualifications
- Strong typing and transcription skills; ability to work quickly and accurately.
- Previous experience in an office, clerical, or transcription role preferred.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Comfortable working in a quiet, steady-paced environment.
- Professional demeanor and ability to work well with a long-tenured team.
