ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2021 and currently lead a team of five. Ive spent most of my career in the insurance industry and bring over 20 years of experience to the agency. Helping people, developing strong relationships, and building a positive team environment have always been passions of mine.

I earned my MBA from University of Southern Indiana and my bachelors degree from Illinois State University. Im married with children who keep me busy and active outside of work. I stay involved in the community through the Gibson County Chamber of Commerce, Junior Achievement initiatives, and a variety of local community events. Giving back and staying connected locally is something I truly value.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Marcy King - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
  • Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
  • Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
  • Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
  • Leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
