Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Practice Administrator position based in Tigard, OR. The Practice Administrator is responsible for directing all aspects of practice operations, including the performance of providers and support staff, to ensure the achievement of organizational goals, operational objectives, and budget targets. This role focuses on driving market growth and expanding market share by developing and implementing strategic short‑ and long‑range plans in partnership with executive leadership. Responsibilities include comprehensive oversight of daily operational functions, optimization of workflows and processes, and continuous improvement initiatives aimed at ensuring efficiency, quality, and sustainable practice performance.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Medical Practice Management and Practice Management to oversee daily operations and ensure efficient workflows
- Knowledge of Billing, CPT Coding, General Accounting, Human Resources and Information Systems Management
- Proficiency in Budgeting and financial management to optimize resource allocation and monitor expenses
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of compliance and regulatory standards in the healthcare industry
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, required
- 10 years experience in practice management, dermatology preferred
