Front Range Wound Care & Hyperbaric, a leading wound care and hyperbaric medicine clinic, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our patient-centered team. We specialize in advanced wound management and hyperbaric oxygen therapy, prioritizing safety, healing, and exceptional care. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled NP with a passion for wound care to make a meaningful impact while growing professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive wound care, including assessment, treatment planning, and advanced procedures such as skin grafting and debridement.

• Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to deliver personalized care for patients with chronic and acute wounds.
• Educate patients and families on wound care techniques and prevention to support their healing journey.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with clinical protocols and insurance-covered treatment standards.
• Contribute to a compassionate, safe, and healing-focused clinic environment.
• Hyperbaric Oversight: Completion of the 40-hour Hyperbaric course is required, course cost covered by employer.

Qualifications:

• Current Nurse Practitioner license in CO.
• Minimum of 2-3 years experience in wound care, with proficiency in skin grafting, wound debridement, and other advanced wound management techniques.
• Strong desire to specialize in wound care and hyperbaric medicine.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with patients and colleagues.
• Commitment to patient safety, evidence-based practice, and continuous learning.
• Certification in Wound Care (e.g., CWCN, CWS) or willingness to obtain is a plus.
