We are seeking an experienced Banking Center Manager to lead daily branch operations while driving sales and business development. This role balances, team leadership, operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and relationship-based sales in a community banking environment.

What You’ll Do:
• Oversee daily branch operations, compliance, and internal controls
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing retail banking team
• Drive deposit growth, loan referrals, and customer relationships
• Actively participate in community and business development efforts
• Ensure an exceptional customer experience and risk management
Required Qualifications
• 5+ years of banking experience
• 2+ years of management or supervisory experience
• Strong knowledge of retail banking operations and regulations
• Proven sales leadership and customer relationship skills
Work Environment
· In-office role with minimal local travel
