Seeking skilled professionals with expertise as Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for a specialized role serving K-8 students with severe behavioral needs within a public school setting. This contract position spans the current school year, offering a full-time schedule with opportunities for hands-on experience in an educational environment.
Key qualifications and experience:
- Valid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
- Previous experience working within school settings preferred
- Ability to support students exhibiting severe behavioral challenges
- Comfortable providing services under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Flexibility to float between multiple schools participating in the program
Location: Lititz, Pennsylvania
School Type: K-8 public schools serving students with a range of exceptional needs
Job Duration: Contract through June 2026, aligning with the current school year
Schedule: Up to 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Responsibilities include direct implementation of behavior intervention plans, collaboration with educational staff, and documentation in compliance with grant requirements. This role is funded by a grant and emphasizes delivering consistent, evidence-based behavioral support to students with complex needs.
