Full Or Part Time hours per week. Schedule is flexible, but candidates must be available to work a half-day on Saturdays.
What You'll Do
- Welcome and greet customers
- Answer questions in person, by phone, and by email
- Recommend products and guide customers on spec items
- Process sales and special orders
- Handle payments and operate the cash register and internal inventory system
- Check inventory and request transfers from our second location when needed
- Update customers on order status
- Organize inventory and restock shelves
What We're Looking For
- Previous retail or inside sales experience in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service skills and comfort working one-on-one with customers
- Energetic, personable, and reliable
- Solid computer skills and ability to learn internal systems
- Professional communication skills by phone, email, and in person
