Job DescriptionThe Role:

• Schedule: Commit to two 8-hour shifts weekly, with the option to propose a preferred timetable as the facility is open to customization.
• Focus: Engage exclusively in Interventional Radiology, with diagnostic readings limited to those pertinent to your procedures.
• On-call Duties: Enjoy a position with no on-call obligations.
• Compensation: Earn over $400,000 annually for 16 hours of work each week, translating to approximately $520-$540 per hour.
• Signing Bonus: Receive a substantial signing bonus ranging from $60,000 to $100,000.
• Employment Type: Options available for 1099/independent contractor or part-time W2 employment, with no limitations on outside work opportunities.

The Organization:

• Overview: A recognized, financially sound, independent community hospital situated in Southern Illinois, just outside Evansville, IN.
• Location: Conveniently located within a 2-hour drive from both St. Louis, MO, and Louisville, KY, and 2.5 hours from Indianapolis, offering flexible scheduling for commuting if desired.
• Procedures: The hospital currently performs a variety of procedures, including esophograms, upper GIs, modified barium swallows, sniff tests, barium enemas, VCUGs, ultrasound-guided FNAs, ultrasound-guided core biopsies, CT-guided biopsies, and fluoroscopy-guided biopsies (breast biopsies can be handled by General Surgery if preferred).
• Support: Benefit from a team of highly skilled staff to assist you, promoting a smarter work approach.
• Technology: Utilize Epic EMR for efficient record-keeping.

Full-Time Opportunity:

If you are interested in a full-time position, please inquire for additional details. This role would offer a starting salary of $750,000, a sign-on bonus of up to $150,000, a 4-day work week, and a balance of approximately 50% Interventional Radiology and 50% Diagnostic Radiology.
