Vineyard Veterinary Clinic is a thriving small animal and exotics practice located in the beautiful town of Edgartown, MA on Martha’s Vineyard!
Come join us for your summer's on a part-time or full-time basis!
A little bit about us:
- Diverse Caseload: We are a general practice that also sees urgent care and occasional walk-in cases. Our team treats dogs, cats, and exotics, including small mammals, birds, and reptiles, making each day unique and rewarding.
- Supportive Mentorship: We welcome new graduates and provide strong mentorship opportunities. Our doctors enjoy collaborating and are committed to supporting professional growth.
- Skilled Support Staff: Vineyard offers excellent support staff including veterinary assistants and technicians who are empowered to handle advanced tasks (catheters, intubation, injections, etc.), allowing doctors to focus on practicing medicine.
- Modern Facility & Equipment: Our clinic is equipped with digital dental x-rays, ultrasound, cautery, and a full in-house lab to support comprehensive care.

Job Description
- Full Time, Part-Time, or Relief Veterinarian
- Proficient in general medicine, surgery, and dentistry (mentorship available for new grads)
- Comfortable with or interested in learning exotic pet medicine (training and mentorship available)

Qualifications
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree, or equivalent, from an accredited university
- Active veterinary state license (or ability to obtain one)
- DEA License and USDA Accreditation preferred but not required
