We are an endodontic practice in New Britain dedicated to saving teeth and relieving pain. Our team prides itself on providing a calm, compassionate environment for patients who are often nervous. We value precision, efficiency, and a low-stress workplace.
We are looking for an experienced, reliable, detail-oriented Dental Assistant to join our team part-time. (Endo-specific experience is a huge plus, but we are willing to train the right assistant.) You will be the doctor's "right-hand", ensuring procedures run smoothly and patients feel at ease.
Key Responsibilities:
Chairside Assisting: Assist the Endodontist with root canal treatments using four-handed dentistry.
Imaging: Take high-quality digital periapical X-rays (Must be X-ray certified)
Sterilization: strictly adhere to infection control protocols and manage instrument sterilization.
Patient Care: Provide pre-op comfort and clear post-op instructions to patients.
We are looking to hire an assistant for Thursdays (8:45a-5:00p) with the potential for more days/hours in the future.
