Inabia is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join its Skilled Nursing team. This role provides direct nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing facility, ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care during night and mid/night shifts.
The ideal candidate is dependable, clinically competent, and comfortable working extended and overnight shifts in a long-term care environment.
Key Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with physician orders and care plans

Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely

Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes to the RN or physician

Document nursing care, observations, and treatments in a timely and accurate manner
-
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team members to support resident health and well-being

Ensure compliance with facility policies, state regulations, and nursing standards
-
Support a safe, respectful, and compassionate environment for residents
Schedule & Workload

Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week

Shifts:
-
(3) 8-hour night shifts
-
(1) 16-hour mid/night shift

Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)
Qualifications

Active Minnesota LPN license (required)

Skilled Nursing or long-term care experience preferred

Ability to work night and extended shifts

Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills
