Albright College invites applications for an assistant professor, non-tenure track, of Sports Management in the Department of Business, Accounting & Economics.
The successful candidate will be expected to teach a range of sports management courses, which may include Sport Marketing, Sport Analytics, Sport Law, and Sport Finance and Economics, as well as other business and sports courses. In addition to excellence in teaching, the candidate will be expected to maintain an active program of scholarly research, mentor undergraduate students pursuing careers in sports management, conduct and supervise field-based research, and provide service to the department, College, and community.
A graduate degree in Sports Management, Business Administration with a sports focus, or a closely related field is required. The ideal candidate will have prior teaching experience in sports management, a record of scholarly activity, and demonstrated commitment to student mentorship. Applicants should have a strong commitment to teaching in an interdisciplinary liberal arts environment. The start date is August 2026.
