Position Summary
As a Front of the House Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dining area. You’ll lead by example, inspire your team, and ensure that every guest enjoys a seamless and delightful experience. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills and a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily front-of-house operations to ensure efficiency and exceptional service.
- Lead, train, and motivate front-of-house staff to maintain high performance and morale.
- Address guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and care.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless communication and service.
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards in the dining area.
- Assist in scheduling, staffing, and inventory management as needed.

- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a front-of-house managerial role.
