Currently, we have a Banking Admin – Customer Service Specialist opportunity with a Bank that seeks to hire and develop only the industry's best employees/bankers, employees/bankers that embody their philosophies and never cease to stop learning.
The Banking Admin – Customer Service Specialist is responsible for the specific duties listed below.
Your specific duties will include:
- Manage all aspects of FCM (digital archiving system) document indexing, primarily for existing customer files.
- Conduct the Expired IDs project, ensuring expired identification records are updated and brought current through direct customer contact via email or phone.
- Process account changes and updates accurately and efficiently.
- Perform administrative and operational maintenance tasks with accuracy, efficiency, and professionalism.
- Assist with additional duties and special projects as assigned.
Required qualifications for the position include:
- Minimum of three (3) years of banking customer service experience.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Clear and professional verbal and written communication abilities.
- Solid typing and computer skills.
Preferred qualifications for the position include:
- New account experience, including business entity documentation review and familiarity with CIP and OFAC requirements.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Familiarity with the FIS banking platform.
Pay Rate Range: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
