• Employment Type: Full-Time

• Shifts Available: Days or Nights (Rotating Weekends)

• Base Pay: $30.00 – $42.00/hour (based on experience)

• Night Shift Differential: +$4.75/hour

• Weekend Differential: +$3.00/hour

• Sign-On Bonus: Up to $25,000 (paid in increments within first 6 months)

• Relocation Assistance: Available on a case-by-case basis

Overview

We are hiring Medical-Surgical Registered Nurses (RNs) to join a busy acute care inpatient team in Hudson, Florida.

This role is ideal for nurses who enjoy a fast-paced environment, value teamwork, and are committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. The Med-Surg RN will care for a diverse adult patient population while collaborating closely with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for adult Med-Surg patients

• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and nursing standards

• Monitor patient conditions and respond appropriately to changes in clinical status

• Educate patients and families on medications, treatment plans, and discharge instructions

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, effective patient care

• Promote patient safety, quality outcomes, and service excellence

Qualifications

Required

• Active Florida RN license or valid compact RN license (Florida license required within 90 days of hire)

• Nursing Diploma or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)

• Acute care hospital experience required

• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification (American Heart Association)

• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and critical-thinking skills

Preferred

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)

• Prior Medical-Surgical nursing experience
