ITAMCAP, a trusted and established consulting firm leader specializing in Italian citizenship services, is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Case Manager to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare forms and supporting documentation for submission to Italian Courts
• Maintain clear, organized case files and manage translation records
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accuracy and completeness of documents
• Communicate with clients and staff to gather or clarify case details
• Assist with document review and contribute to continuous process improvement
• Provide excellent customer service via phone and email, including case updates and consultations

Requirements:

• Fluent in English (written and spoken); Italian and Spanish are a plus
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Familiarity with consular/judicial documentation preparation preferred
• Strong multitasking abilities and deadline management
• Self-motivated and collaborative
• Prior experience in citizenship or immigration services is a plus
• Knowledge of Apostille processing
