Key Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience working as a paraprofessional or in a similar educational support capacity

- Strong communication and collaboration skills with both staff and students
- Familiarity with classroom technology and instructional materials
- Patience, adaptability, and dedication to meeting the needs of diverse learners
- High school diploma or equivalent required; completion of relevant coursework or certification preferred
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct academic and behavioral support to students under teacher guidance
- Assist in implementing individualized learning and behavior plans
- Promote a safe, respectful, and productive classroom environment
- Perform clerical tasks such as preparing materials and organizing resources for lessons
- Support students with special needs, following established accommodations and modifications
- Supervise students during transitions, lunch, and other school activities
