Accounts Receivable Clerk

Northern's One Hour Heating & Ben Franklin Plumbing & Mister Sparky Electric is a locally owned and operated company servicing the metro area since 1990, and due to the continued growth, we are looking to hire an experienced accounting assistant. If you are reliable, detailed oriented and have an accounting and administrative experience, Northern One Hour Heating, Ben Franklin Plumbing & Mister Sparky Electric has a great opportunity for you. Responsibilities:

* Complete and post daily invoices
* Process financing for completed jobs
* Assist in collections ( phone calls, letters, , executions etc)
* AP/AR and Payroll processing
* Assist the accounting department with a variety of tasks
* Assist customers with billing, financing and other related questions
* Reconcile Credit Card Accounts

Requirements:

* 2 year degree or equivalent recommend but not required
* Excellent communication skills
* Understands accounts receivable and accounts payable and various accounting practices
* Ability to work both independent and as part of a team
* Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Skills
* Positive Attitude and a team player a must
