Express has multiple openings for Administrative Assistants - full-time, temporary and temp-to-hire! We have clients in the Miramar, Sorrento Valley, Poway, Lakeside areas that are looking for experienced individuals with organizational skills, an outgoing personality, and a passion to succeed. Starting pay rates range from $19-$23/hour and include benefits and vacation/holidays. These are on-site positions only. No remote positions available.
Administrative Assistant job highlights:
- Clerical duties, including but not limited to reporting, faxing, filing, data entry, scanning, etc.
- Answer and direct incoming telephone calls to appropriate team members
- Service external and internal customers in a friendly and efficient manner, while communicating professionally.
- Ensure general housekeeping of the facility is maintained.
- Maintain a positive and professional working relationship with peers, management, and support resources, with a constant commitment to teamwork and exemplary customer service.
What we look for in Administrative Assistants:
- 2-3 years' previous experience in office administration or other related fields
- Strong computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Word and Excel), type 30+ WPM
- Effective telephone skills; pleasant phone presence, multi-line phone experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time management skills; ability to prioritize, organize and multitask
- Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) a plus
- High School Degree/GED. Associates Degree a Plus.
Pay Rate: $19.00 - $23.00 (depending on experience)
Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (start times may vary)
