Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with drivers to successfully execute LTL pick-up and delivery.
- Follow pickups and deliveries through to completion.
- Problem solve as challenges are presented and provide updates to the drivers and internal departments.
- Identify additional freight opportunities with existing and new customers.
- Work to build and maintain long-lasting relationships.
Qualifications
- 2 years of strong transportation experience dispatching in a trucking environment.
- Ability to offer and receive candid feedback, always with positive intent.
- A great work history.
- Creative, strong negotiation skills with the ability to handle conflict.
- The ability to work with the latest technologies.
- Microsoft 365 experience with a working knowledge of Outlook and Teams
- Excellent communication skills.
