We are seeking a dedicated **Administrative Assistant/Front Desk** to support the daily operations of a vibrant Community Association. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, facilitating communication between residents, the Board of Trustees, and staff, and ensuring smooth administrative processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service to residents, staff, and stakeholders.
- Serve as the primary point of contact, maintaining open communication channels.
- Possess a foundational understanding of building systems and components.
- Log and track work requests using Connect, generate work orders, and coordinate with maintenance staff and contractors.
- Record updates and notes in work orders, noting vendor actions and closing completed requests.
- Maintain and update community information within Connect, including the Community Website, projects, management reports, and official documents.
- Use Connect’s Resident Alert feature to keep homeowners informed of community activities and updates, pending Board approval.
- Prepare and provide the Manager with work order logs for Board meetings.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support community operations.
Candidate Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of administrative or related professional experience.
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, judgment, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and Windows.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
