We are a fast-growing company actively seeking motivated, personable, growth-minded sales professionals to join our team. This position provides schedule flexibility and a highly competitive compensation structure. We currently have both full-time and part-time positions available.
Duties
- Prospect and qualify leads through canvasing local neighborhoods, networking, and referrals. *Note: you will NOT be started off as a "canvasser" like many other roofing companies. You will be hired directly into a sales rep position and paid as such.
- Conduct roof inspections to assess customer’s roofing needs and present the best solution.
- Begin building a trusting relationship with customers to effectively overcome objections and close sales.
- Communicate with the sales and management team to track and coordinate weekly progress.
- Utilize CRM software to track leads and manage project timeline.
Qualifications
- Sales experience highly preferred but not required for the right candidate. You will receive 'in-the-field' training.
- Self-motivated and driven
- Valid Driver's License
- Reliable transportation
