operation and looking for experienced sales professionals ready to grow with us.
THE ROLE
This is a hunter position for someone who already knows freight. You'll bring an established book, work domestic
lanes, and operate with the full support of a growth-stage company behind you. We're collaborative by nature —
the ramp period is in-office so you hit the ground running with the full team around you. Dedicated Operations
team to support account management and day-to-day activities.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Prospect and close new shippers across North America
• Maintain existing relationships and grow new business
• Negotiate rates with customers and carriers to protect margin
• Build carrier relationships and ensure reliable capacity
• Utilize our in-house Operations team to manage shipments from booking through delivery
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• 4+ years of freight brokerage or 3PL sales experience
• Established book of business and client relationships
• Proven track record of building revenue in a brokerage environment
• Strong negotiator with sharp communication and follow-through
• Self-directed, thrives in a performance-driven culture with incentivized pay
