Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, school-based position in Conroe, TX for the 20252026 school year. This role will support students across K-12 campuses with evaluations, direct services, and participation in ARD meetings.
Position Details:

Schedule: Full-Time, 35 hours/week

Duties include evaluations, direct therapy, documentation, ARD/IEP meetings, collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
Requirements:

Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology

Active Texas SLP License (or ability to obtain prior to start date)

School-based experience preferred but not required

Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
