- Assist Project Managers in the planning, execution, and monitoring of construction projects.
- Ability to travel to the construction site when needed.
- Coordinate project schedules, resources, and information to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Maintain project documentation, including contracts, change orders, permits, etc.
- Communicate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to facilitate project progress and resolve issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on-site.
- Support the project managers, field and internal teams
- Assist in the preparation of project proposals and presentations.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build positive relationships with stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project).
